COMINGS AND GOINGS
I am happy I finally found the blogskin I liked before but was not able to use because I was still so blog illiterate. Hah! In the next few days, bago na naman blogskin ko, weehee.
Today is Carter's last day with us. He will leave for D.C. till Valerie gives birth to Little Carter 2 then they will move to Bolivia. The guy's so cool and generous with us that even though he can't seem to jive with all of us pag barubalan na (syempre Tagalog eh), he still makes effort to connect. Funny din. Taga-salo ng rude callers namin. Pag narinig na nya yung super lambing na "Carter....." it means Hold-Transfer-5190-Transfer na kasunod na movement ng daliri namin sa phone. Or when he hears, "Let me transfer your call to an American officer", yun na yun. Sayang di namin nakunan yung banner and buntings namin made of Early Appointment Request forms (ahehehe!!) plus our treat for Valerie and him. Sobrang mamimiss namin sya. Una na si Chelli, ay hindi--si Tita Loren pala--then si Carter nga, then....
Si Eman. Darn, nag-resign na din ang mokong. Greener pasture nga naman. Pero hokey lang, it's for his own sanity--nyaha!! I believe he gets to be paid more sa job na offered ng kanyang "Atenean Korean friend". Good luck na lang dude. Mamimiss mo kami, loko ka. Isang linggo ka pa lang, iiyak ka na sa banyo ng bago mong opis o di kaya eh magkukulong sa pangit na pantry dun kasi miss na miss mo na kami. Mamimiss ka rin namin kasi si John mukhang seryosong tao at si Aldrin eh mukhang di pwedeng barubalin kasi he seems capable of banging one's head on the wall pag inasar sya. Pag tinopak ako di ko sosoli Tribulation Force m. Hehehe, iyo na lang yang Apollyon ko kasi lok-bu ko naman nabili yan eh. Mwahahahaha!!! Always remember, TOTAL GIRL, NO BOYS ALLOWED!!!
And speaking of books, mother of all camotes, hindi ko pa rin tapos yung American Gods. Weird na aklat yun. Di tlaga kaya ng sistema ko yung ganun. Ngwek, tapos nag-ambisyon pa ako ng Catch 22. Bahala na. Reading time is reading time in the same way that Anna Dizon is Anna Dizon (sino nga ba itong si Anna Dizon? Sounds like a porn star's name to me).
How time flies. Lapit na Christmas. Mas malapit na rin bonus. La lang.
